ourselves in our customer service and want you to be satisfied with every
purchase. We also know that occasionally you might want to return an item to
this store.
All
customers in the European Union are allowed the right to withdraw from a sale during
the first seven days after receiving the item. This is referred to as the “cooling
off” period. This applies to all products purchased from this store that are
unopened. We are sorry, but we cannot accept a cancellation on a contract for
the purchase of an item if it looks like it has been damages or used. Please
carefully examine the picture on the box carefully before you open your
purchase.
OUR PROCEDURE FOR RETURNS
If you wish to cancel your
purchase within the cooling-off period (seven working days), please call us on
07817034156 or email us support@yorkshireproducts.co.uk giving the reason why
you wish to return your purchase. You will be informed of the method of
returning the item - normally we would arrange for our courier to collect from
you at your cost. You can choose to return the item to us via your own courier
or shipment mwthod but you must have proof of shipping. Please securely package
the item you are returning. If you are dispatching it yourself send it to the
address on the Invoice so that we receive it within 7 days after the date that
the item was delivered. Please note that returning items is entirely at your
expense unless the item was received damaged.
When you return the item(s) you must either use a recorded delivery
service (signed for) or ensure the package is adequately insured. Send a
written note with the returned goods stating your reasons for returning and
your name and contact details..
When we have received the returned goods we will inspect them. If they are in
good condition the full cost of the purchase price will be refunded. The original
shipping cost will not be refunded.
NB: unless the item(s) are
damaged, defective or sent in error you are responsible for all costs
associated with return shipping.

CANCELLING
ORDERS PRIOR TO SHIPPING
If you cancel an order before we have begun the
shipping process, the full cost of the order will be refunded. However we will
not be able to refund the full cost if we have had to book or arrange special
shipping/courier services. We will also be unable to cancel contracts for additional
services (eg. Gift wrapping) once the delivery process has begun.
